Elsy is a Lebanese woman who has always moved with intention, whether managing the front desk at the Four Seasons Hotel Beirut, driving business development at Neo by Bank Audi, or hiking a mountain trail on a Sunday morning.

With a career built in hospitality and finance, Elsy mastered the art of showing up for others. But somewhere along the way, she also discovered the power of showing up for herself, through clean eating, movement, and the small daily rituals that make life feel full and intentional.

A certified personal trainer, an avid hiker, biker, climber, and ski tourer, a pianist, a scuba diver, a volunteer, a wife to Elie, and a mother to Mattias and Carl, Elsy is many things. But above all, she is someone who believes that wellness is not a destination. It's a way of living.

Why Glow with Elsy

In August 2025, Elsy launched Glow Bites by Glow with Elsy, a wellness brand born from her own journey toward a cleaner, more intentional life. What started as a personal blog sharing her zero-sugar lifestyle, fitness tips, and mindfulness practices quickly grew into something bigger: a community of women who wanted to glow, not just look the part.
