At Glow with Elsy, we take pride in the quality of every product we make and curate. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
๐ซ Glow Bites โ Food Products
Due to the nature of homemade food products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered. However, if your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo, and we will make it right.
โจ Glow Aura โ Accessories
We accept exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in their original condition. We do not accept returns due to change of mind. No cash refunds โ exchanges or store credit only.
๐ก Important Notes
- For Cash on Delivery orders, please inspect your package before accepting it from the delivery person.
- To submit a claim, DM us on Instagram @glowwithelsy or contact us on WhatsApp on +961 71 116 185 with your order details and photos.
- Claims submitted after 24 hours (food) or 48 hours (accessories) will not be accepted.
